| Hello. My name is Troy Mason. I live in Houston, Texas and I am the owner of ZLicense.com. To understand what ZLicense.com
is all about, I need to take you back a few years. I have always created products and services based on simple little things that I have noticed. |

| What's interesting is that the little things I turn into great businesses are often right in front of people and they don't notice it until
I point it out. |
|

| I think God gave me two unique gifts. The first gift is the ability to pay attention to details that most people ignore. I think
great magicians kind of do the same thing. I'm not sure why that came to mind... |
|
| The second gift I believe God blessed me with, is the ability to take an idea and turn it into real products and services that people
actually buy. I've never had a job... this is all I have ever done my entire life. |
|
| I guess I was born this way because my mom told me that when I was 3 years old, she took me to an Easter Egg Hunt, and I was selling the
eggs I found to the other kids for a dime! You know I couldn't make that up! Lol |

| In 1997, I heard a lady ask a kid what he wanted to be when he grew up. The kid answered, a Firefighter. The lady said that's nice and went on
about her business. I remember thinking... That shouldn't have been the end of the conversation... that should have been the beginning! |

| It was then that I realized that this simple question "What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up" has been asked to everyone as a child, but no one
had ever thought to create a product or service around this question. |
|

| So Dream Starters USA.com was born. We work with schools to dress and photograph students in career attire that we provide. Then we
place a background in the picture that simulates the career the child has an interest in. We then provide each child with an Occupation Guide, which gives them step by
steps instructions on how to reach their goals. To date, Dream Starters USA.com has helped over 400,000 children to set positive career goals. I still provide this
service for children, and I will continue to do this for the rest of my life, because it brings me tremendous joy. |

| One last thought about Dream Starters USA.com... I often work with very low income schools and if a child has a dream but does not have the
money to participate with the other children, I always pay for it out of my pocket. I have NEVER turned away a child, and never will. You guys are the first people I have
ever shared that with. |

| Over the years I have become friends with many educators through my Dream Starters USA.com business. One day I was watching the news, I saw
an educator I knew who had a problem on her campus and the news portrayed her in a negative manner. |
|
| I knew that she was a very caring and dedicated educator and I thought to myself... The only time you see a camera pointed at an educator is
when something is wrong. So I decided to do something about it. I contacted some of my sponsors and asked if they would |
|

|
|
| support me in doing a positive story on her, so that people could see the amount of effort and dedication she put into being an educator. My sponsors said, of course. So I did a positive story on the
Principal and put it up all over the Internet to insure that if anyone Googled her, they would be sure to get both sides of the story. She loved what I did for her so much
that she asked if she could nominate some other deserving educators. So Wisdom In Action.com was born. To date, I have interviewed hundreds of educators,
and I plan to continue doing this for the educators nominated on our website. |

| I went to renew my driver's license one day, when I noticed three questions on the back of my Texas Driver's License. The questions are: Directive
to a physician, Emergency Contacts and Allergic Reactions To Drugs. I asked the DPS officers, where do people store this information? They said to check with the
police department. So, the next day, I went to the police department and they told me to check with the Department of Public Safety or DPS! |

| Then it hit me! The state of Texas put three questions on the backs of 15 million peoples ID and Driver's License... and never set up a system for
people to store this important information. ZLicense.com was born this day! |
|
| Isn't that crazy? I'll tell you what's even crazier... I already had a system in place to make this product available, because of the infrastructure
I had to build for Paperless Files.com! I already had the best servers and I already had the best security features money could buy! |

| So... I simply came up with the idea for a clear plastic sleeve, with a website and a 10 digit alpha numeric code, and filed a Patent Pending on it. |
|
| Now I had to make the most difficult decision I have ever had to make; how to market this great product. I knew right away that ZLicense would
make a perfect Network Marketing product, but everything I read about MLM companies was very negative. Did I really want to put my reputation on the line? I read
a number of the reviews about MLM companies and I thought if I'm going to do this, I need some advice. So I hired an MLM attorney who explained a lot of things to me,
but the one thing he said that made the most sense was this: If it looks like a bat, flies like a bat, it's a bat. I'm not kidding, he really said that! |

| What he meant, was to simply do it the right way and stay transparent. This was very easy for me to do, because if you do a background check on
me you can see the companies I own. They are still in business. When you look up the Domain names, they are all registered to me. My direct phone number is
everywhere. (832) 876-2700. I've had the same phone number for years and years and if you call me I'll answer. |

| He also told me to make sure that before I pay any Affiliate, that they must have at least four real customers. Also, to not over price the product,
so that it has a real Retail Commission built into the Compensation Plan. So that's what I did, and guess what... He was right. We even have doctors purchasing
our sleeve at the wholesale price, in order to retail them to their patients who are taking a lot of medications. |

| So, in conclusion, I want you to know that in my story I used the word "I" a lot, but I have a dedicated group of really smart people around me to help me
make all of this possible. Everyone is super excited about ZLicense.com and so am I, because I truly believe that this company is special, and will one day make a lot of people
wealthy. |
